The Monastery Tour in 2007 was a resounding success, with plenty of
beautiful sunshine, good company, and music to accompany our
explorations of Georgia's more remote monastic complexes. The food was
a highlight, as we tried new dishes at each stop, and the local wines
flowed as freely as the evening toasts. Here are some of the
